We believe that circumcision should be voluntary, and that the question of "circumcize" or "no circumcize" should be put to all boys at the age of eight years.

The boy should not be asked "do you want to participate in an ancient ritual that will signify your personal covenant with God," but, rather, "can we snip off the foreskin from your penis?"

We believe that this will put a lot of moyels out of work. In just one generation, the question "won't he be upset because he doesn't look like the other boys" will be moot.
